Full-service, one crew

Live DTF printing services, from file to finished shirt

Merch Troop handles every layer of a DTF event station — artwork, transfer production, garments, crew, and the press itself — so the only thing on your run-of-show is “printing opens at 6.”

Core

Staffed DTF press stations

A complete station: commercial heat press, trained operators, garment staging, and a pickup flow that keeps the line moving at 60–90 pieces an hour per press.

Before doors

Transfer production

Your artwork is printed to film, powdered, cured, and quality-checked in our Orange County shop days before the event — with overage built in so a popular design never runs out.

Creative

Artwork & design menus

We prep your files for fabric — color-managed, sized per placement — and build the printed design-menu boards guests order from at the table.

Product

Garment sourcing

Retail-quality blanks at wholesale: Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan Softstyle, heavyweight tees, fleece, and canvas totes, delivered sorted by size and staged on site.

People

Staffing & logistics

Uniformed crew who handle load-in, setup, live operation, teardown, and everything the venue asks for along the way — COIs, floor protection, freight timing.

Extend it

Add-on stations

Pair the press with a hat bar with iron-on patches, embroidery, UV DTF stickers for bottles and hard goods, or laser engraving for a second line of traffic.

Anatomy of a station

What actually shows up

A standard station fits a 10×10 booth and plugs into ordinary 120V power — no compressors, no special drops, no venue drama. Scale up to a double-press island for big crowds or a fully fabricated booth build for convention floors.

  • Commercial clamshell heat press (plus a backup that rides in every truck).
  • Garment wall staged by size, so guests grab and go without digging through boxes.
  • Design menu boards and a transfer library sorted for fast pulls.
  • Finishing table for folding, bagging, or a photo moment before handoff.

Coverage

Local crew, national reach

We're based in Orange County and run events across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas constantly — same crew, same equipment, no local subcontractors. For events farther out, transfers and garments ship ahead while the team flies in, which keeps national programs consistent city to city.

Booking is quote-based because garments, hours, and artwork count vary by event. See what drives the number, or send your date and we'll build the plan around it.
