Corporate parties & offsites

The swag table, replaced by a swag experience

Nobody remembers the pre-printed tee draped over a chair. Everybody remembers picking a design, watching it press at 300°F, and wearing it into the team photo ten minutes later.

Why choice beats bulk

Let people pick, and they'll actually wear it

The quiet failure of most company merch is the single design ordered in bulk. A live station flips that: a menu of four to six designs — department jokes, milestone marks, the good version of the logo — across a few garment colors, pressed to order. Re-wear rates go up because people chose it.

  • Holiday parties: a festive menu plus the yearbook-style “class of 2026” graphic that becomes tradition.
  • Kickoffs and offsites: team colorways pressed as groups arrive — instant, visible cohorts.
  • Milestones: IPO days, launch days, 10-year anniversaries — dated designs people keep.

Venue-friendly

Built to behave in nice rooms

Clean by design

No wet ink, no solvent smell, no drying racks. Transfers arrive finished; the only on-site process is heat. Ballroom carpet and hotel AV managers both approve.

Quiet operation

A clamshell press closing is quieter than the espresso bar. The station can sit next to the band's break area without a turf war.

Simple footprint

10×10 of floor, one standard outlet per press, ninety minutes to set. We coordinate directly with your venue on load-in, COIs, and floor protection.

Sizing it for your headcount

For parties, we plan around the social window, not the full event: most guests visit the station in the first two hours. A 150-person holiday party runs comfortably on one press. Past 300 guests — or if printing is the entertainment rather than a side attraction — a second press keeps the wait under ten minutes. Budget anchors are on the pricing page: local stations from about $5,000, staffing at $250/hr including setup and teardown.

Want hoodies or totes in the mix instead of just tees? See what DTF presses onto — the menu is wider than most planners expect.

Make the party the merch drop

Send your date, venue, and headcount — we'll build a design menu your team will fight over (politely).
